I had a really bad neck acne. For years I’ve tried creams and gels, ointments and medication without much the success. The acne has always persisted. So when a friend talked me into going to elevate to be treated I was very skeptical. Bernice started me off with a massage and a back facial and ended with an LED light/heat treatment and by the time she was finished I was so blissed out I could hardly walk. I’ve had two treatments at this point and my neck is already clearing up and the regimen that Bernice put me on is the first one in years to have any effect. I’ve seen so many dermatologists who are quick to prescribe medication but are otherwise apathetic to the problem. Bernice actually cares about healing my enflamed neck, something I had all but given up on. It’s an amazing feeling to have a professional fighting for me.

I had a 90 minute spa facial and a few weeks later my sister and I had a spray tan. Both were fantastic. It was our first spray tans and the care and information was above and beyond. Not to mention they looked bronze & natural. Thankyou! Will be back again!

What a divine experience!! My husband purchased a spa package for me for my birthday and yesterday I had 4 hours of the most amazing pampering ever…. From the minute I entered this gorgeous spa to the minute I left, it was an amazing experience. I had a fantastic therapist, and I literally had the best facial of my life – together with the incredible Vichy spa and body scrub, the eye package, and the pedicure, and then finished off with a delicious lunch and plenty of healthy snacks and drinks – honestly, this spa is faultless in their execution of customer service, relaxation and great value for money… highly recommended!!

I have never experienced a facial like this before. I was run down, and my face decided to shout at me to slow down, by breaking out in zits. The team managed to fit me in for an appointment the next day, and not only treat the skin on my head, but gave me the most relaxing massage whilst my peel and mask were doing their thing. I walked out feeling like I’d just been on holiday.

I had both my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted as well as my eyebrows waxed, Kylie did an amazing job! Since I have red/strawberry blonde hair, it is difficult to find the correct shade for my eyebrows, so I had never got them professionally done. Kylie did them perfectly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Walking into Elevate Hub, the staff were very kind and inviting, yet professional – unlike other beauty places around the area. Such a good vibe! Thank you girls!
